UI/UX design

Design is not
decoration. It is
whether they finish.

Every screen is a set of decisions that determine whether someone completes your form, finishes your checkout, or gives up and closes the tab. We make those decisions deliberately, then prove them with a prototype before anyone writes code.

Sound familiar?

Three signs the
design is the problem.

If your traffic is healthy but your conversions are not, the issue is rarely marketing. It is usually something specific and fixable on the screen itself.

People arrive and leave immediately

If a visitor cannot tell what you do and who it is for within about five seconds, they leave. That is a hierarchy and copy problem, and no amount of extra ad spend will out-run it.

They start the form and abandon it

Every extra field costs you completions. Most business forms ask for things nobody needs until much later, and the drop-off is invisible unless someone is actually measuring it.

It works for you but not for them

You know where everything is because you commissioned it. Watching five real customers attempt one task reveals more than a year of internal opinions about the design.

What we build

Four kinds of
design engagement.

We work in Figma and hand over files your own developers can build from directly — with spacing, states and components defined, not just pictures of screens.

01

Product & app design

End-to-end interface design for web apps and mobile products. User flows, every screen state including empty and error, and a component library that keeps the tenth screen consistent with the first.

02

Website design

Marketing sites designed around what the visitor needs to decide, in the order they need to decide it. Delivered as a design system, not a set of disconnected page mockups.

03

Redesign & conversion audits

We review your existing product against how people actually use it, then prioritise fixes by expected impact so you can start with the change that pays for the engagement.

04

Design systems

For teams whose product has drifted into eleven shades of blue and four button styles. Tokens, components and documentation that make consistency the default.

If we design and build the product together, design is folded into the project price rather than billed separately. Ask for a combined quote — it is almost always cheaper than buying the two apart.

Timeline

Three weeks,
week by week.

The order matters. We deliberately do not show visual design in week one — agreeing structure first is what prevents expensive rework later.

WEEK 1

Understand

Who uses this, what they are trying to finish, and where they currently give up. We review your analytics and, where possible, watch real users attempt the task.

WEEK 1–2

Wireframe

Structure and hierarchy in greyscale, so decisions are made about content and priority rather than colour. Fast to change at this stage, expensive later.

WEEK 2–3

Design

Full visual design, every state included — loading, empty, error, success. Two revision rounds. Then a clickable prototype you try on your own phone.

WEEK 3

Hand over

A walkthrough with whoever is building it, a documented component library, and availability for questions during their build.

A dental group fixed its funnel, not its budget

Three clinics were spending AED 40,000 a month sending every campaign to one generic homepage. We designed a dedicated page per treatment with pricing shown up front, and rebuilt the booking flow to be completable one-handed in under 40 seconds. Same spend. Cost per booked consultation fell 63%.

UI/UX Design FAQ

The questions
buyers actually ask.

Including what happens if you do not like what we produce.

How much does UI/UX design cost?

A focused audit starts at USD 1,200. Full product design typically runs USD 3,200–9,000 depending on screen count. If we also build the product, design is included in the project price rather than billed on top — so ask for a combined quote before buying design alone.

What if we do not like the design?

Two full revision rounds are included, and we do not proceed to development until you have signed off. Because we agree wireframes before any visual design, large disagreements surface in week one when they are cheap to resolve. If we genuinely cannot reach something you are happy with, you can stop after the design stage and pay only for work completed.

Can our own developers build from your files?

Yes — that is how we deliver. Figma files include defined spacing, type scales, colour tokens, component variants and every interaction state, plus a handover session with your team and availability for questions during their build. We are not precious about being the ones who build it.

Do you do user testing?

Where the budget allows, yes, and it is usually the highest-value thing in the engagement. Watching five real users attempt one task reliably surfaces problems that no amount of internal discussion finds. Where budget is tight we test the prototype with your own staff, which is imperfect but far better than nothing.

Will the design be accessible?

Colour contrast, touch target sizes, keyboard navigation, focus states and screen reader labelling are checked as we design rather than retrofitted. This matters commercially as well as ethically — accessibility lawsuits are a real and growing exposure for US-facing businesses.

Do you design in the browser or in Figma?

Figma for structure, visual design and prototyping, because iterating there is far faster and cheaper than in code. For motion and complex interaction we prototype directly in the browser, since some things can only honestly be judged when they are running.
