Code9 Ventures Private Limited was registered in Delhi in 2023. We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately transparent about what things cost — because the three complaints we heard most about agencies were silence, surprise invoices, and being handed to a junior after the sales call.

Before Code9, our founders spent years inside larger agencies and product teams. Nearly every rescue project that landed on their desk had the same story behind it: a site that looked fine and sold nothing, a bill that grew after signing, and a client who had stopped getting replies.
So we built the company around removing those three failures specifically. Everything on this page is a consequence of that, not a marketing value.
Fixed price, or no price
We quote a number and hold it. When we underestimate — which happens — we absorb the difference rather than send a change request. That forces us to scope carefully instead of optimistically.
Nothing is held hostage
Your domains, hosting, repository, analytics and ad accounts are created in your name. We add ourselves as collaborators and remove ourselves on request. Leaving us should be easy, so staying is a choice.

We regularly talk clients out of apps they do not need and rebuilds that would not pay for themselves. A smaller correct project beats a larger wasted one, and it is how referrals happen.

A demo on a private staging link every week from week one. No big reveal at the end, because a big reveal is just a month of assumptions nobody checked.

We write in your time zone
Gulf and US clients get replies during their working day, not ours. A named person, on WhatsApp or Slack — not a shared inbox and a ticket number.

Bad news travels fast
If something will slip, you hear it the day we know — not the day it was due. This is the single thing clients tell us most often that previous agencies got wrong.
