What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, email address, phone number where you provide it, the services you are interested in, your budget range, and the description of your project. We also collect standard anonymous analytics such as pages viewed and approximate country.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver work you engage us for. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list, we do not run automated follow-up sequences, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it goes
Enquiry details are held in our email system and project management tools, which are operated by established service providers under their own security obligations. Where you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to clients are retained for as long as is required by Indian accounting and tax law, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@code9ventures.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to function, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
