Seven in ten carts
are abandoned.
Most are fixable.

Almost none of that loss is about your products. It is load time, a payment method you do not offer, a delivery cost revealed too late, or a checkout that demands an account. We build stores for how your market actually buys.

Sound familiar?

Where the revenue
actually leaks.

When we audit an underperforming store, the same three causes account for most of the loss — and none of them require more traffic to fix.

You do not offer how they pay

In the UAE, instalment options like Tabby and Tamara now carry a large share of online orders. In India, cash on delivery and UPI still dominate. A card-only checkout quietly turns away a big part of your market.

The store is slow on a phone

Most storefronts are carrying a dozen apps and unoptimised images. Every additional second of load time measurably reduces conversion, and product pages are usually the slowest pages on the site.

Costs appear at the last step

Unexpected shipping or duties revealed at checkout is the single most cited reason for abandonment. Showing delivery cost on the product page loses a few browsers and keeps far more buyers.

What we build

Four kinds of
store project.

Shopify for most businesses, WooCommerce when you need unusual logic or already run WordPress. We recommend by fit, not by which pays us a partner commission.

01

New Shopify stores

Custom theme, catalogue set up properly, local payment methods, shipping rules and tax configured for your market. Live in five to eight weeks including migration.

02

WooCommerce builds

For wholesale pricing tiers, complex product configurations, or businesses already invested in WordPress. Built lean rather than assembled from twenty plugins.

03

Store rescues & migrations

Slow, broken or outgrown stores rebuilt without losing rankings or order history. Full URL mapping and redirects, with monitoring for four weeks after launch.

04

Conversion optimisation

Existing store, healthy traffic, poor orders. We audit the funnel, fix the leaks in priority order, and report against orders rather than sessions.

Shopify plans start around USD 39/month and are billed to your own account. Transaction fees are set by your payment provider. We do not take commission on either — you should always own the commercial relationship.

Timeline

Eight weeks,
stage by stage.

Catalogue preparation is the step that most often delays store projects, so we start it in week one rather than discovering it at the end.

WEEK 1

Plan

Catalogue structure, payment and shipping rules, and what data needs migrating. We start extracting product data immediately rather than waiting for design.

WEEKS 2–3

Design

Home, category, product and checkout designed as one flow. Product and checkout get the most attention because that is where money is won or lost.

WEEKS 4–6

Build

Store built on a private link, catalogue migrated, payments configured in test mode. You place real test orders on your own phone before we go near launch.

WEEKS 7–8

Launch

Payment methods switched live, redirects in place, feeds connected, staff trained on order management. Then 60 days of free bug fixes.

Dubai, UAEShopifyBilingual

A homeware retailer stopped losing its cart

Strong Instagram traffic, almost no online sales. The store took 6.1 seconds to load, offered card payment only, and 400 product pages had no Arabic content. We rebuilt on a lightweight theme, added Tabby, Tamara and COD, and produced bilingual product pages. Load time fell to 1.4s and abandonment dropped 31%.

E-commerce FAQ

The questions
buyers actually ask.

Including the platform question everyone asks first.

Shopify or WooCommerce — which is right for us?

Shopify for most retail businesses: hosting, security and payments are handled, and your team can run it without a developer. WooCommerce when you need unusual pricing logic, wholesale tiers, or you already run WordPress. Shopify costs more monthly but far less in maintenance, which is the comparison that actually matters over three years.

Can you set up Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery?

Yes, and for UAE stores we would push you to. Instalment providers now account for a substantial share of Gulf online orders, and cash on delivery remains important across both the UAE and India. We configure the payment mix your specific market expects rather than a card-only default.

Will you migrate our existing products and orders?

Yes — products, variants, images, customers, order history and reviews. We map every existing URL and set up 301 redirects so search rankings carry over, then monitor Search Console for four weeks after launch. Migration is included in the Growth tier.

Can you build an Arabic store?

Yes, with proper right-to-left layout rather than translated text pushed into a left-to-right design. That distinction is visible to any Arabic-speaking customer within seconds and affects whether they trust the store enough to pay. We work with native Arabic translators for product content.

How much are the ongoing costs?

Shopify plans start around USD 39/month, apps typically add USD 20–100/month, and payment providers take their own percentage. Budget roughly USD 100–250/month all in for a growing store. All of it is billed to your accounts directly — we take no commission on any of it.

Our store is slow. Can you fix it without rebuilding?

Usually, yes, and we will always price that option first. Most slow stores are carrying unused apps, unoptimised images and render-blocking scripts. A two to three week optimisation pass often takes a store from six seconds to under two — for far less than a rebuild.
