"We want an app for brand presence"
An app nobody opens twice costs more to maintain than it returns. If your customers interact with you once or twice a year, a fast mobile website will serve them better for a fraction of the cost.
We will tell you plainly if a mobile website would serve you better — it usually does. But when your customers use you weekly, work without signal, or need to be reached by notification, an app earns its cost. Then we build it properly.
We turn down more app projects than we take. These are the three signals that tell us to talk you out of it — and if none of them apply to you, an app is probably worth building.

Check whether theirs is actually used before you copy it. Download counts are public and revealing — plenty of businesses have an app that quietly sits at a few hundred installs and two-star reviews.
Store review alone can take a week, and a rushed first version usually needs rebuilding within a year. We would rather ship a smaller, solid version in twelve weeks than an unstable one in six.
We build on React Native or Flutter so one codebase serves both platforms. Native Swift or Kotlin only where the app genuinely demands it — and we will say so if it does.
For teams working away from a desk. Offline-first data capture, photos, signatures and job scheduling that keep working in a basement with no signal and sync when it returns.
Appointments, reminders, rescheduling and payments. Push notifications that reduce no-shows, and a customer profile that makes the second booking take ten seconds.
Two-sided products with separate customer and provider experiences, live order tracking, in-app payments, ratings and a dispatch dashboard for whoever runs operations.
Apps that replace a shared spreadsheet. Role-based access, approvals, reporting, and integration with the accounting or CRM system you already run.
App pricing varies more than web because scope varies more. These brackets reflect what we have genuinely charged — your fixed quote follows a scoping call.
AED 44,000 · 10 weeks
AED 95,000 · 14 weeks
Complex platforms · 5–7 months
Excludes Apple Developer (USD 99/yr) and Google Play (USD 25 one-off) accounts, which are registered in your name. Backend hosting typically USD 20–200/month depending on usage, paid directly to the provider.
This is the standard Product-tier schedule. You get a dated version specific to your app before you pay anything.
We map every screen and cut the ones that are not needed for version one. Ruthless scoping here is what keeps the budget and the timeline honest.
Full interface design in Figma, then a clickable prototype installed on your actual phone. You use it before we write production code.
Fortnightly builds delivered to your device through TestFlight and Play Console. You test on real hardware throughout, not at the end.
Store listings, screenshots, review submission and resubmission if needed. Then 60 days of free bug fixes once you are live.
Forty HVAC technicians were being coordinated by group text. We built an offline-first app where technicians see their day, capture photos and collect signatures with no connection, syncing when signal returns. Approved by Apple on first submission. Missed jobs fell from around 12 a week to under 2.

A genuine production app starts at USD 12,000 (AED 44,000 / INR 10 lakh) and a substantial one runs USD 26,000–60,000. Quotes of USD 2,000 are either a template wrapper around your website or a team that will disappear mid-project. Building an app twice always costs more than building it once.
React Native or Flutter for around 95% of business apps — one codebase, both platforms, roughly 40% less cost and a single team maintaining it. Fully native Swift or Kotlin is worth it for heavy graphics, intensive camera or AR work, or deep hardware integration. We recommend based on your app, not our preference.
We build to Apple and Google guidelines from the start and handle submission ourselves, so first-time approval is the norm rather than the exception. If a reviewer does reject something, we fix and resubmit at no extra charge — that risk is ours, not yours.
You do. Apple Developer and Google Play accounts are registered in your company name with you as owner, and we are added as a developer. The source code is in your repository from the first commit. If you leave us, the app and its listings stay entirely yours.
Budget realistically. Backend hosting runs USD 20–200 a month depending on usage, the developer accounts total about USD 124 a year, and Apple and Google each push OS changes annually that need a compatibility update. Most clients spend USD 200–600 a month keeping an app healthy. Anyone who tells you maintenance is free has not maintained an app.
Often, yes. We start with a paid code audit — usually two to three days — that tells you honestly whether the existing codebase is worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild. Sometimes the honest answer is rebuild, and we will say so even though it is the larger quote for us to justify.
Tell us what your customers need to do. We will tell you honestly whether that needs an app, a mobile site, or neither — before you spend anything.
