A company, not a person
A registered private limited company with a CIN you can look up on the MCA portal before you pay anything. A freelancer can disappear; a registered company with filings cannot do so quietly.
Websites, online stores and apps built from our New Delhi office for businesses across the NCR. A registered private limited company with GST invoicing, a real address, and directors whose names are on the public record — which is not true of every quote you will receive.
Almost every Delhi business owner we meet has a story about a freelancer who vanished, a site they cannot edit, or a developer who held their domain hostage. It is why we made these three things structural rather than promises.
A registered private limited company with a CIN you can look up on the MCA portal before you pay anything. A freelancer can disappear; a registered company with filings cannot do so quietly.
Registered in your name with you as owner, not ours. The single most common trap in this market is a developer who registers everything under their own account and uses it as leverage later.
GST-compliant tax invoices your accountant can file and claim input credit against where applicable. Not a WhatsApp message asking for a UPI transfer with no paperwork behind it.
A site built for a US audience will underperform here in specific, predictable ways. These are handled as standard, not as paid extras.
UPI through Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe, plus cards, netbanking and wallets. A checkout that leads with card entry rather than UPI is quietly costing you conversions on every single order.
COD is still a large share of orders in most categories, and it brings return rates with it. We add OTP confirmation, partial prepaid incentives and address verification so COD does not quietly destroy your margin.
Most of your traffic is not on a flagship phone or a strong connection. We test on real mid-range devices and throttled networks, because a site that only feels fast on the developer's machine is not fast.
Diwali, Navratri and end-of-season sales concentrate a large share of annual e-commerce revenue into a few weeks. Sites should be load-tested and campaigns planned before that window, not during it.
Order updates, abandoned cart recovery and support all work better on WhatsApp here. Email open rates in the Indian consumer market do not justify making email the primary channel.
Published because the range in this market is absurd — the same brief attracts quotes from ₹15,000 to ₹8 lakh. Here is where we sit and why.
USD 1,800 · 3–5 weeks
USD 3,500 · 5–8 weeks
USD 12,000 · 10–14 weeks
Prices exclude GST. Rupee figures are indicative conversions from our USD pricing and are fixed at quote. TDS deduction under Section 194J applies in the normal way for business clients — your accountant will know the treatment.
We meet clients anywhere in the National Capital Region by appointment. Most projects still run over WhatsApp and video because it is faster for both sides — but the option is real, not a line on a website.
Our registered office. Professional services, trading companies and established retail businesses.
Startups, B2B manufacturers and corporate teams. The bulk of our Indian B2B work sits here.
IT services, education businesses and D2C brands building their first proper online store.
Manufacturing and industrial suppliers who need to be findable by buyers researching online.
Mostly about price, paperwork, and whether we will still be here next year.
A professional business website runs ₹1.5–5 lakh depending on page count and integrations. If someone quotes ₹15,000, you are buying a template with your logo dropped into it — it cannot be extended, it will look dated within a year, and you will pay again to replace it. The expensive option in this market is usually the cheap one.
Yes, by appointment — we are a registered company with a physical Delhi office, and we will also come to you anywhere in the NCR. In practice most of our clients never do, because WhatsApp and video calls are faster for both sides. But the option being real is the point.
Yes to GST — we are a registered private limited company and issue GST-compliant tax invoices, so your accountant can claim input credit where applicable. On TDS, deduction under Section 194J applies in the normal way for business clients; deduct as usual and we will reconcile against Form 26AS. Your accountant will handle it as routine.
Check us before you pay. Our CIN is U58201DL2023PTC415553 — look it up on the MCA portal and you will see the registered entity, incorporation date and directors. Beyond that: your domain, hosting and repository are in your name from day one, and payment is staged across three milestones so you are never far ahead of delivered work.
Yes — calls and WhatsApp in Hindi or English, whichever you prefer. Written documents such as proposals, scopes and technical specifications are in English, because that is what your accountant, your bank and any future developer will need to read.
Often, and we will always price the repair before the rebuild. We start with a short paid audit that tells you honestly whether the existing site is worth continuing or cheaper to replace. Sometimes the honest answer is rebuild — we will say so even though it is the larger number for us to justify.
Below about ₹1 lakh we are usually the wrong choice, and we will say so rather than take the work and under-serve it. For a very small first site, a good freelancer is genuinely better value — come to us when you need something that has to hold up commercially.
Two lines about your business is enough. A reply within one business hour, and a written fixed price within 24 — free, and yours to keep whatever you decide.
